When an enquiry or job request is submitted we collect the details provided in the form, which may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, the property address, the service required, notes about access and occupancy, and any photographs or videos attached.
We also collect basic technical information generated when a browser loads the website, such as pages requested and general device information.
How we use it
Information is used to review the property requirement, respond to the enquiry, confirm scope and pricing, arrange and manage the work, and keep records of jobs carried out.
We do not sell information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
Information is shared only where it is needed to arrange or complete the property job, or where we are required to share it by law. Where information is shared, only the details relevant to the work are provided.
Retention
