Service availability depends on the job, the property and the location within London.
Enquiries and job requests
Submitting a job request is a request for Borough One to review the requirement. No work is arranged until the scope and pricing have been confirmed in writing.
You are responsible for making sure the information you provide about the property, access and the work required is accurate and that you are entitled to instruct the work.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is confirmed for each job before work is arranged. Where the scope changes once the work is under way, revised pricing will be confirmed before the additional work continues.
Payment terms are agreed as part of the job confirmation.
Access and cancellation
Access must be available as agreed for the scheduled date. Where access is not available or the job is cancelled at short notice, a charge may apply, and this will be confirmed with you.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, Borough One is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
